1. DURACION: Esta promoción comienza el día 1 de febrero de 2013 y termina el día 1 de abril de 2013 a las 11:59pm.
2. ELEGIBILIDAD: Son elegibles para participar cualquier persona cliente de Claro en Puerto Rico, que sea residente legal en Puerto Rico, mayor de 21 años y con identificación legítima como pasaporte o licencia de conducir. Para ser elegible para reclamar el premio, el cliente de Prepago o Postpago que resulte ganador deberá tener un balance positivo en su cuenta de Prepago y no tener balances adeudados en Postpago o cuenta con balance mayor del corriente (entiéndase 30, 60 ó 90 días) al momento de la selección del ganador. 3. PARTICIPACION: Nada que comprar para participar.  Las formas de participación que de cualquier manera no estén en pleno cumplimiento con estas reglas, serán descalificadas. 4. SELECCION DE GANADORES: Los ganadores y ganadores alternos serán elegidos ante notario el 3 de abril de 2013 en las oficinas de Wireless Innovation ubicadas en 342 San Luis Street Suite 303 Bechara Industrial Park, San Juan, PR 00921. El ganador del concurso será seleccionado al azar, de entre todas las participaciones recibidas en las fechas mencionadas, ante el notario presente por medio del sistema de módulo automático en las facilidades de Wireless Innovation antes mencionadas.  Las probabilidades de ganar dependerán del número de participantes y el número de veces que participe. Luego se escogerán 3 participantes como ganadores alternos, con el mismo método de módulo automático, en caso de que el ganador no tenga su cuenta al día o no reclame el premio o sea posteriormente descalificado, su lugar tendrá que ser ocupado por un participante alterno. Los premios son intransferibles, no endosables y no pueden cambiarse ni redimirse en todo o en parte por su equivalente en dinero excepto a discreción de los auspiciadores. El premio deberá ser reclamado dentro de los treinta días (30) a partir de la fecha de recibo de notificación o será adjudicado al participante alterno. 5. PREMIO: Se seleccionaran un (1) ganador durante el periodo de duración del concurso. La selección será uno ganador se realizara la selección en la siguiente fecha: (a)  En el sorteo del día miércoles 3 de abril del 2013 a las 10:00 am, se seleccionará el ganador de 1 Surface de 32gb de Microsoft. Esta selección representa a las participaciones recibidas desde el viernes 1 de febrero del 2013 al martes 30 de marzo del 2013 a las 11:59:59 PM. Claro PR, Wireless Innovation y Strategic Mobile Services no se hacen responsables de cualquier pérdida del premio. El premio no es transferible y se honrará a los ganadores a menos que resulten descalificados o inelegibles; se entregarán únicamente a las personas cuyo nombre aparezca en el contrato de propietario de la línea. Los participantes tendrán hasta el 30 de marzo de 2013 a las 11:59pm para acumular participaciones. Los premios serán entregados libres del pago de arbitrios. Los ganadores, sin embargo, serán responsables del pago de otras contribuciones no importa su concepto.
6. NOTIFICACION: El ganador será notificado vía  llamada telefónica, vía mensaje de texto y/o carta por correo certificado. Un representante de CLARO estará llamando para informar al ganador. Para reclamar su premio el ganador deberá traer un documento fehaciente que acredite (i) su identidad tal como licencia de conducir o pasaporte aceptable al auspiciador, y (ii) que es mayor de 21 años de edad o legalmente emancipado y el original de la carta que lo certifica como ganador(a) y (iii) que es el dueño de la unidad y/o cuenta o persona autorizada en la misma. Una vez verificada la autenticidad de la participación y de que se haya cumplido con todas las Reglas de la competencia, entonces se considerará ganador y se le honrará su premio en las oficinas centrales de Claro en un plazo razonable según la disponibilidad del premio.   Los auspiciadores, sus afiliadas y subsidiarias se reservan el derecho a determinar la validez de las participaciones sometidas y descalificar todas aquellas participaciones que no sean legibles y/o que no cumplan con las reglas de esta competencia.   El ganador deberá presentar su factura o contrato como evidencia para poder reclamar el premio.  El premio será entregado en las oficinas de Claro PR ubicadas en Edificio 1515, Avenida F. 7. RELEVO: Con la entrega del premio cesará la  obligación de Wireless Innovation, Strategic Mobile Services, CLARO, y /o cualquier otro auspiciador con relación al premio y a las personas ganadoras.   Claro y Wireless Innovation, Strategic Mobile Services, y/o cualquier entidad relacionada con esta competencia  no se hacen responsables por defectos que pudiera presentar el premio así como cualquier incidente, querellas, pérdidas o robos, daños ni perjuicios al momento del uso y disfrute del mismo.
